The International Islamic Centre for Reconciliation and Arbitration (IICRA) is an independent international non-profit organization that aims to organize the settlement of all kinds of banking, financial and commercial investment and real estate disputes with compliance of Sharia Law through institutional Reconciliation and Arbitration. The Constituent Assembly was attended by more than (70) Islamic financial institutions from various Muslim member states of Islamic Institutions, where the rules and the organizational structure of IICRA were adapted.
IICRA seeks to establish a digital library that includes books, research and studies in order to deal with the Sharia, legal and technical aspects of Islamic financial products especially and the Islamic economy generally. The library is available to all, academics, students, specialists and business professionals as a part of enhancing IICRA core mission of spreading the culture of institutional Reconciliation and Arbitration with compliance of Islamic Sharia provisions.
IICRA aims at enabling all dealers in the Islamic financial industry, whether they are individual or corporate bodies to resolve their banking, financial, commercial, investment and real estate disputes through specialized institutional Reconciliation and Arbitration in IICRA whereas, IICRA’s Arbitrators and Conciliators are fully aware of the Sharia and legal perspective of these financial transactions.

IICRA membership spans more than 70 international and regional Islamic financial institutions, The membership supports IICRA to achieve its objectives to be the ideal global platform for resolving financial disputes with compliance of Islamic Sharia.

Joining the list of IICRA Arbitrators and Experts will be an effective start to gain experience and will provide members with the opportunity to develop themselves and enhance their success on a large scale in the legal field.
Certified Islamic Arbitrator & Expert to make Arbitrators and Experts more competent to bridge the gap in this field. This training program combines theory and practice in the task of both Arbitrator and Expert while settling the disputes of Islamic economy in compliance of Sharia Law.
This YPG Program is Open to those aged 40 and under and to those students as well who are interested in building their careers in this fast-growing and dynamic field. This YPG will provide a variety of opportunities for individuals to gain knowledge.
